Bacchus Vino Etcetera - Clermont, Florida

What began as a simple concept in the spring of 2004 has developed into a cozy wine shop in historic downtown Clermont. The staff at Bacchus Vino Etcetera believes that wine is fun, and wine lovers should not be confined to the media dictum concerning which vineyard or vintage is best for them. This approach allows Bacchus' customers to explore and enjoy for themselves the vast array of wines available from around the world. Wines from lesser known wineries and regional grape varieties can often be sampled at the tasting counter.

To complement the wine selection, a collection of wine racks, corkscrews, stemware, and wine related gifts are available. For the beer lover in the family Bacchus carries imported brews and offerings from domestic craft breweries.

Monthly wine tastings feature guest speakers, visiting winemakers, samplings of selected wine groups, or comparisons of different vintner's interpretation of the same grape. Bacchus Vino Etcetera is the home of the By the Light of the Moon Lunar Wine Club. Each time there is a full moon, members receive a bottle each of specially selected red and white wines and are eligible for other special offers.
